NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

TAKE notice, that we have applied to the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny county, for the benefit of the insolvent laws of this Commonwealth, and that said Court have appointed Monday, the 28th day of October, instant, for hearing us and our creditors, at the Court House, in the city of Pittsburgh, at which time and place yon may attend if you see proper, and shew cause, if any you have, why we should not be discharged.
