PATENT SELF-ADJUSTING RAILROAD LANTERN, — The subscribers having purchased the right to manufacture and sell this highly approved Lantern, announce to the Railroad Companies and others interested, that we are now prepared to furnish the Lantern of the best materials and workmanship. The essential merit in this Lantern over all others now in use is, that the frame work is so adjusted that in the event of the globe being broken, the guards may be instantly opened, and a new globe replace without requiring mechanical skill. Instead, therefore, of throwing away the Lantern when the globe is broken, or laying it aside until a mechanic can be found, all that Railroad Compauies and others need is a supply of globes at hand, which we furnish, at a trifling expense.
