Shares of Stock Involved.

Bradford Shinkle, of Covington, Ky., asked for an injunction from the Federal Court yesterday to restrain Samuel Vickery, of Evansville, from selling or transferring 470 shares of stock in the Hemingray Glass Company, and to establish the plaintiff's title to them. The complaint states that Vickery originally sold the shares to Russell B. Gibson, who in turn borrowed $10,000 from Vickery shortly afterward, offering the stock as security for the loan. Afterward Gibson sold the shares to Shinkle, who tendered the amount of the loan to Vickery, with a demand that the shares be turned over to him. Vickery, it is said, refused, claiming that he had an equity in them aside from the loan. Judge Baker granted a temporary injunction until March 7, when the case will be heard.
