The Hemingray Lien.

Arguments were heard by Referee in Bankruptcy Durrett in the matter of the lien of the Hemingray Company against James M. Rude on a claim of $5,500, alleged to be due for rent. It is alleged that out of 750 boxes of tin on which Hemingray had the lien, a number had been emptied. The case was continued.
