Baldwin grand piano (5 foot, 8 inch), in good condition; Frigidair [sic] Frigidaire electric re­frigerator (8 cu. ft. cap.), good one; Estate gas range; 6-foot mahogany buf­fet, exceptionally nice; 4 mahogany din­ing chairs, with white leatherette bot­toms; 3-pc. bedroom suite, with box springs and innerspring mattress, extra good; walnut chest of drawers; mahog­any kneehole desk; victrola, good one; lounge chairs; wrought iron fireplace equipment (screen. andirons and tools); table lamp; porcelain-top table; some books and several miscellaneous articles.

Carved teakwood hall seat with 2 match­ing straight chairs; 2 teakwood marble-top stands; rope-leg claw-foot mahog­any chest of drawers; mahogany 4-poster twin bed with box springs and inner-spring mattress; mahogany chest of drawers; mahogany dressing table, with large bevel plate mirror; mahogany sew­ing cabinet; 2 mirrors; mahogany tilt-top table; mahogany cane-bottom chair; mahogany chair with needlepoint seat; brass lamp from India: 2 brass pitchers.
