1 lady’s platinum diamond ring; two diamonds weighing approximately 2.5 carats each, with 20 round diamonds and 2 triangular diamonds in mounting.
1 platinum spray broooch; one stone weighing approximately .85 carat, and 3 diamonds weighing approximately 1/4 carat each, with 82 small diamonds in mounting.
1 lady's platinum ring; one large oriental pearl in center with two diamonds on sides, weighing approximately 1/2 carat each, with 28 small diamonds in mounting
1 lady’s platinum ring; one large oblong square acquamarine in center with 10 blue sapphires and 4 diamonds mounting.

Sale will be held at the office of Merchants Trust Company, 110 East Main street, Muncie, Indiana. Said sale will begin at ten o'clock a. m., Daylight Savings Time, on Saturday, June 11, 1949. and continue from day to day thereafter until property is sold.
TERMS OF SALE: To the highest and best bidder for cash and for not less than the full appraised value thereof, subject to the approval of the Delaware Circuit Court. Singed bids must be accompanied by a 15% earnest money deposit which will be returned if bid is not accepted. The administrator reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
