To: George Swafford Crapo, Sr . Helen Crapo, George Swafford Crapo. Jr., Raymond Frederick Crapo, Fred M. Crapo and Mildred K. Crapo.

You are hereby notified that Merch­ants Trust Company and Fred M Crapo, as Co-Trustees of the trust created for the benefit of George Swafford Crapo, et al., by the last will and testament of Eva H. Hemingray, deceased, have filed their Current Report No. 1 covering period March 31, 1948 to March 31, 1956; that the matter of the approval of said report has been set for hearing at 9:00 o clock A.M.. C.S.T, on June 29, 1956, or as soon thereafter as said matter can be heard, before the Judge of said court in the Court House at Muncie, Indiana, and unless you file objections thereto prior to the time of hearing or appear at said hearing, said matter will be heard and determined in your absence.
