PUBLIC SALE OF GLASSWORKS AT CADIZ, OHIO,
Wednesday, February 12, 1890.
THE CADIZ GLASS COMPANY WILL OFFER At public sale on above date (if not disposed of at private sale before that time) the entire works, with fixtures thereto belonging, consisting of Brick Factory built in the year 1884 Tank, Ovens and the the necessary equipments to run about eight shops, a New and Complete Ware and Pack House, and Good New Straw House and Large Yard and grounds connected with works of about two and one-half acres. Works are on the Cadiz branch of the P. C. & St. L. railroad, less than one half mile from Cadiz. Coal can be furnished at $1.12 1/2 per ton. There is fair prospect of natural gas being piped to works in the near future. TERMS — One third cash, balance to three annual payments with six percent interest annually until paid, secured by mortgage on the premises sold, or approved personal security.
