GLASS PLANT RECEIVES
CARGO OF BROKEN GLASS
The Anacortes Glass Company, the thriving south side industrial plant, on Monday received a consignment of 150 tons of broken flint glass from San Francisco. The Shipment arrived by way of British Columbia and was brought to Anacortes by the Canadian tug Clayton.
The broken glass was taken to the glass factory and will be melted up and used in making varoius [sic] various kinds of flint glass bottles in the manufacture of which the plant is now engaged, with many orders ahead.
