Harloe expected to begin construction of factory within days

It is expected that the Harloe Insulator Co. will start to build their new factory at this place within a few days. The Company is now doing a large business and finds their output is not near as large enough for the demand for their insulators, and they hope to have their new factory built in three months' time.
