Morton Harloe Dies

Word has been received here of the death of Morton H. Harloe, a former resident of Hawley, but for the past twelve years a resident of Winchester, Va. Deceased was aged 63 years, and for many years lived in Hawley where he conducted several business enterprises. He was of an inventive genius and organized the Hawley Insulator Works, marketing a patent device, and which concern flourished for a number of years. He left Hawley about twelve years ago. He is survived by his widow who is a sister of Mrs. Leonard J. Simpkins, of Oakland street, and by the following childred: Mrs. Shenk Hobday, of Hawley; George of Los Angeles, Cal.; Arthur, of Hartwick, N.Y.; Morton, of Stroudsburg, Pa.; Beulah, Marion, Eleanor, Reba, and Delilah, all at home. The funeral was held from his late home Sunday afternoon and internment was made in Winchester.
