Certificate of Its Incorporation Filed
To-day -- The Oaks Brothers of
Buffalo In It.
The certificate of incorporation of the Baltimore Glass Manufacturing Company, with a capital stock of $100,000, was filed with the Coounty Clerk as Noon today. The company will manufacture articles of glass. The directors are the following: J. A. Oaks of Buffalo; S. B. Whittock, of Philadelphia, Jacob Pease, of Brooklyn, Edward Stabler, Jr. of Baltimore, George Oaks of Buffalo, S. Irving Diehl of Philadelphia and C. J. Jordan of Woodbury, N. J.
