A Resale Asked.
The case of Charles J. Gordon [sic] Jordan vs. the Baltimore Glass Manufacturing Company, in which a petition was filed by Mr. John T. Mason, R., receiver for a resale the personal property at the purchaser's risk, was argued yesterday before Judges Fowler and Burke by George R. Gaither, Jr., for the purchaser, William Brookfield, and by Thomas Ireland Elliott and Mr. Mason for the receiver, and was held under consideration.
