Glass Plant Must Remain.
Judge Burke has directed the writ of injunction to issue as asked by the South Baltimore Company to restrain William Brookfield from tearing down and removing the plant of of the Baltimore Glass Manufacturing Company, which he recently purchased from the receiver of the glass company for $2,500. The receiver, George M. Sharp, is also enjoined from permitting Mr. Brookfield to remove the plant.
