The South Baltimore Company, by Julian J. Alexander, attorney, has filed a bill of complaint for an injunction against George M. Sharp, receiver of the Baltimore Glass Manufacturing Company, and William Brookfield.

Mr. Brookfield has recently bought the company's plant for $2,500, and the sale awaits ratification by the court. The South Baltimore Company, which owns a ground rent of $600 on the glass company's premises, seeks to restrain Mr. Brookfield from removing the plant from the glass works, on the ground that it is made up of fixtures which are a part of the freehold, and that the establishment of the plant was one of the conditions upon which they leased the property to the glass company.

The plaintiff corporation also asks for an injunction to restrain Mr. Sharp, as receiver, from permitting Mr. Brookfield to remove the plant.
