Consolidated Fruit Jar sues Hemingray

SUIT was brought yesterday in the United States Circuit Court by the Consolidated Fruit Jar Company against the Hemingray Glass Company. It is a suit in equity for $20,000 damages and an injunction to stop the Hemingray Glass Company from making the porcelain lined screw-neck fruit jar, which the consolidated company of New York claims infringes the Masons and other letters patent it owns.
