Michael J. Clarke, delegate to many Flint conventions, representative to the A. F. of L. at Norfolk, Va., from the Muncie Trades Council, for the purpose of assisting the Flints in their fight for a charter and jurisdictional rights, member of the national auditing committee under the old system of electing three auditors by a vote of the trade, member of the executive board and a representative of the organization in various capacities, and doubtless one of the most favorably known Flints by the older members, is now factory superintendent of the Hemingray Glass Company, Muncie, Ind. Mike always had enough iron in his system to cause him to forge ahead and we are certain that his many friends in the trade will be pleased to know that he has prospered.
