Kimble Glass to Honor 51
Employes with Long Service
Carl R. Megowen, president of Owens-Illinois Glass Company and chairman of the board of Kimble Glass Company, will be the principal speaker at Kimble Glass Company’s 12th annual service award ceremonies.
The ceremonies will take place in the Hotel Roberts ballroom at 6:15 p.m., Tuesday.
Kimble Glass Company is a subsidiary of Owens-Illinois Glass Company.

The award dinner will be held in honor of 51 workers who have completed from 10 to 50 years of service with the company.
In addition to the offices held in Owens-Illinois, Mr. Megowen is a director of the Ohio Citizens Trust Company and a director of the Toledo Edison Company.
John E. Bauer, plant manager, and S. A. Kenworthy, vice president and general factory manager, Kimble Glass Company, will make the award presentations.
Other Kimble Glass Company officials who will participate in the award ceremonies include E. B. Dennis Jr., vice president and general sales manager; K. M. Henry, vice president and chief engineer; E. P. Lockart, sales manager, Insulux Division; W. W. Wood, personnel director, and D. E. Oren, administrative assistant to general factories manager.
