N. J., TRENTON—The Circle F Mfg. Co., has been organized with a capital of $1,250,000 to take over and consolidate the Trenton Porcelain Co., and the E. H. Freeman Electric Co., to specialize in the manufacture of electrical porcelain products, wiring devices, etc. The first noted company has been operating a plant at Prince and Mead Streets, Trenton, and at New Brunswick, N. J., while the Freeman company has been conducting a works on East State Street. The new organization has acquired the former plant of the Trenton Watch Co., Monmouth Street, and will remodel and equip for a new works. It is expected to arrange for occupancy at the earliest possible date, when operations will be concentrated at this location. Meantime, the present plants will be continued in service. The two companies have been giving employment to close to 450 operatives, and it is expected to enlarge this working force by about 150 employees as soon as the new plant is ready. George E. Maguire, heretofore president of the Trenton Porcelain Company., will act in the same capacity with the new organization; Edgar H. Freeman, previously head of the Freeman Company, will be vice-president; Lloyd H. Rockhill is treasurer; and Casper J. Faber, secretary.
