Mr. C. H. Pond invented a valuable telegraph insulator shortly after he sold out his interest in the Telegraph College here. He has recently been engaged in the manufacture of these instruments at Kenosha, Wisconsin. We learn that he has just disposed of the patent for the United States to his partner for the sum of $11,000, intending to remove to Toronto and there engage in the manufacture of insulators for the Queen's Dominions. -- Oberlin News.
