Wagner Glass Co. purchases the Quick City glass plant at Frankton

INGALLS, Ind., Aug. 31. – Henry Wagner, president of the Wagner Glass Company of this town, to-day closed a deal with H. C. Quick, of Frankton, whereby he and a company become owners of the Quick City glass plant at Frankton, this county, valued at $17,000, the consideration being $10,000. The Wagner Glass Company will operate the Quick City plant in connection with its large factory here. A multiplicity of orders and contracts on which possible damage suits were dependent rendered this move necessary. The new plant will be enlarged from an eight pot to a twelve pot factory and work will commence next Monday.
