The appointment of John H. MacMillan, 305 Shellbark Rd. as personnel department manager at the Owens-Illinois Glass Co.’s general offices in Toledo, O., has been announced by Tom M. Cox Jr., manager of Owens-Illinois administrative services.

MacMillan has been supervis­ing industrial engineer at Kimble Glass Co. here, an Owens-Illinois subsidiary. He will succeed Robert G. Ludwig, who has been named to the newly created position of director of management at Kimble Glass.
