William Jenkins, Mold maker, Dies William Jenkins, 82, of 1007 E. Eighth St., died Saturday morning after a two-month illness. He had been employed as a mold maker for more than 50 years, at the Hemingray Glass Company, Owens-Illinois and Kimble glass companies. He was born in Louisville and came to Muncie in 1892. He was a member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church, and Local 50, AFL Molders Union. Survivors include the widow, Emma; a daughter. Mae. at home; a son, William Jr., Columbus, O.; four brothers, John and Ross of Cincinnati and Joseph and Charles of Alton, Ill., and sister, Mrs. Ann Scully, of Alton. Funeral services will be conducted at 9 a m. Tuesday at the church by the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Felix Seroczynski. with burial in Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the Meeks Mortuary after Monday noon. |
