Denver Men Find Business So Promising

They Re-Inicorporate.

Enlargement of the works and scope of business is contemplated in the re-incor­poration of the Western Flint Glass company as the Western Glass Manufactur­ing company yesterday. The works of the company at Valverde have been working extra men for some time. The capital stock was increased from $50,000 to $100,000 and the enlargement of the plant will be made accordingly. The establishment has been under the supervision of Merritt W. Gano for several weeks and he will continue under the new com­pany. The incorporators, Frank R. Ash­ley, John H. Porter, Merritt W. Gano, H. C. James, F. Frank Palmer, Michael Nester and Gerald Hughes, are all stock­holders in the old company. New ones will be added.
