Boy to be arrested for intent to kill Michael Nester

VENGEFUL BOY TO BE ARRESTED.

A warrant was sworn out yesterday afternoon in Magistrate Hynes' court for the arrest of John Kerkendall, the 14-year-old boy, who, Friday, jabbed a red hot blowpipe into the face of Michael Nester, the manager of the Western Glass Manufacturing company. The charge is assault to kill. Physicians say that Nester will probably be disfigured for life.
