ASKS DAMAGES FOR LOSS

OF MUSCULAR CONTROL

As a result of an accident sustained while in the employ of the Western Glass Manufacturing company, Max Schoeninger, a laborer, is afflicted with a paralysis of the muscles which deprives him of control over them. For his damage he asks remuneration in the sum of $26,000.
