A. L. Dyke has been selling miniature jugs and marbles made by S. C. Dyke & Co.

A. L. Dyke, 147 South Howard street, has been one of Akron's business men for 11 years. Eight persons find employment in and about his store. Last year's sales increased about one-third over the previous year. Last season Mr. Dyke handled for S. C. Dyke & Co., of this city, between 5,000,000 and 6,000,000 miniature jugs; he is now introducing marbles of the above firm's make and has solicited orders booked for 1,000 Daisy telephones and marble boxes. He, too, has suffered from the poor roads.
