AKRON MARBLE AND TOY COMPANY WILL

PUT UP AN ADDITION.

The Akron Marble and Toy Manufacturing Company's factory on South Main street between East Market and Mill streets has been abandoned by the company for manufacturing purposes. The entire plant of the concern is now concentrated at the works on West Buchtel avenue.

The company's office remains as yet on South Main street as is also the storage department. The future plans of the company call for a large frame addition to the works of nearly 100 square feet.

Researcher notes:	This must have been a false report and the correct name is American Marble & Toy Mfg. Co. The final location when the plant was destroyed by fire in 1904 was South Main between East Market and Mill streets. The plant was located on the former W. Center street.
