SUNDAY CALLERS MAKE

HEMINGRAY HOME SAD

Ralph Hemingray, the glass manufacturer, who resides on East Gilbert street, is becoming tired of having his home burglarized on Sunday nights. At least he would like the burglars' visiting nights changed. Every once in awhile he finds that during the absence of everybody from home on a Sunday night, somebody enters the house familiarly turns on all the electric lights, upstairs and down, ransacks the place, takes what he wants and departs.

The list time this was done was last Sunday night. Mr. and Mrs. Hemingray were then out of the city and nobody was at home. On this occasion the thief secured a few dollars belonging to a servant and stole a great deal of Mr. Hemingray's clothing. On a previous Sunday evening's visit the burglars did the same stunts and at that time secured $20 from a member of the household.

It is believed these robberies are being committed by somebody familiar with the Hemingray residence.
