A LEASE was placed on record yesterday whereby P. Goldsmith & Co. become proprietors for a term of five years of the Hemingray Glass Company's buildings at the corner of Second and Madison avenue, at an annual rental of [dollar:$900]. Mr. Goldsmith will remove his mammoth doll manufacturing business to the place immediately, it affording the required room for a growing business. The fact goes also to show that the Messrs. Hemingray do not expect an early return of their glass business to this city from Muncie, Ind.
