Glass Works May Build.

City Clerk Covalt received a letter yesterday from B. B. Shepperd, stating that a meeting of the stockholders of the new glassworks would be held at Muncie, Ind., Sunday, and the question to be decided is whether they will build their own plant or rent. If they build they will locate in Newport, and if they decide to rent they will in all probability take the old Hemingray plant, in Covington.
