The Southern California Glass In­sulator factory on West Anaheim road shut down temporarily last Sat­urday and will remain closed until the middle of September. "We closed down on account of the hot weather," said one of the officials at the plant today. "All glass factories observe a custom of closing down on June 30 and opening a few months later. We kept open considerably longer than that on account of our outstanding orders."
