GOOD PAPER WEIGHTS — Two glass insulators, such as are used on telephone poles, grace the desk of Miss Emily Howe, executive secretary of the Community fund. Miss Howe employes them as paperweights. She denies that she took the property from the poles. "They were presented to me by the Hemingray Glass company," she says.
