SOUTHERN MANUFACTURE. — The Columbus Times says: At the store of Messrs. Ellis & Livingston, our readers can see some specimens of Porcelain Ware, of Southern Manufacture. It was made by the Southern Porcelain Company, at Kaolin, South Carolina, and for beauty of finish it equals anything of the kind we have seen of Northern make. Not the least of its recommendations is its comparative cheapness, and our City and country merchants would do well to examine it before sending further orders to northern houses.
