BOY MOB

THREATENED A COVINGTON

BOOKKEEPER.

GLASSWORKS CASE IS TAKEN

INTO THE COURTS.

Bookkeeper Huling, in the Covington Glass Works, was almost mobbed by small boys in the employ of the company Tuesday afternoon.

When they learned that a receiver had been appointed they took after the bookkeeper and demanded their wages in loud tones and with threatening gestures. They followed him to Fourth and Main Streets, where he took refuge in a house. The boys besieged the house until Officer Thompson dispersed them.

In the Kenton Circuit Court Wednesday a rule was issued requiring Huling to present books of the concern in court. The rule was issued at the instance of Attorney Tarvin, who filed suit for a receiver.
