Brookfield Insulators
The Brookfield Glass Company's catalogue of glass insulators for telephone anal telegraph lines will be found very interesting to telephone men.
Among the many types, which are adapted to every condition and purpose, is listed anal illustrated the Barclay improved insulator, a special labor-saving type. The spiral groove on its outer surface is so threaded that when unscrewed from its pin the tie holding the wire is also unscrewed or removed from the insulator. The reverse operation screws the insulator on the pin and at the same time puts the tie wire back in its original position on the insulator.
