The New Glass Company.

Colorado Springs, Colo., July 7.— Articles of incorporation of the Western Glass company of Colorado City have been prepared and will be filed in a few days. The capital stock is placed at $250,000, fully paid. J. B. Wheeler is named as president; O. C. Townsend, vice president and general manager; C. B. Wider, secretary and treasurer.
