SHERIFF'S SALE.

By virtue of an execution to me directed from the clerk of the Madison circuit court, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on Saturday, the 22d day of July, A. D., 1893, between the hours of 10 o’clock a.m. and and 4 o'clock p. m. of said day, at the east door of the court house of Madison county, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the follow in described real estate, to-wit: Commencing thirty (30) feet east of the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of section fourteen (14), township nineteen (19) north, range seven (7) east, and running thence east on the south line of said quarter section, four (400) feet, thence south three hundred (300) feet, thence west four hundred (400) feet, thence north to the place of beginning. And on failure to realize the full amount of judgement, interest and costs, I will, at the same time and place, expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate. Taken as the property of The American Coping and Glass Cresting Company, at the suit of Ebenezer McClaskey.

Said sale to be made without any relief from valuation or apraisement laws.
