Samuel Brown, representing of a number of glassblowers of Fairmount, Ind., is in Covington to learn what inducements may be offered by the city to build a glass factory. Brown formerly resided in Covington. He was employed at the Hemingray plant. The proposed establishment will be conducted on the co-operative plan.
