ON SATURDAY MORNING, NOV. 29th, at 10 o'clock, at the corner of Second and Madison sts, Covington, will be sold the following described valuable building Lots:
16 Lots fronting on Madison St. each 25 feet front by 100 feet deep.
3 lots on Russell street, also each 25 feet by 100 feet deep, cornering on an alley.
The Madison St. lots are the most desirable of any offered at public sale for a long period, as their close proximity to the river and ferry landing make them valuable either for erecting business houses or private dwellings.
Terms — One-fourth cash, or an endorsed note at ninety days; the balance in 1, 2, 3, and 4 years, with interest from day of sale, secured by mortgage on the premises. Purchasers can have the privilege of one or more Lots.
