HAWLEY RESTS
WELL; MOSCOE
IS UNDER BOND
Charles Hawley, the boy who was struck on the head by a glass insulator, said to have been thrown by Clarence Moscoe, in the Hemingray glass works Monday night. is resting easily today but is not out of danger, according to Dr. O. I. Reasoner, the physician who has been in attendance since the boy was injured.
Moscoe, the alleged assailant, has been released under $1,000 bond furnished by friends. The nature of the charge to be made against Moscoe will be determined later when the extent of the injuries to Hawley have been determined.
