CHARLES HAWLEY
IS RECOVERING
And Clarence Moscoe Will Not Have
to Answer to a Charge of
Murder
Charles Hawley, who was struck on the head by a glass insulator, presumably in the hands of Clarence Moscoe, while working at the Hemingray glass works, is rapidly recovering and it is believed he will be able to appear at police court this week as a witness against Moscoe. Hawley is out on $1,000 bond to answer to a charge of assault and battery.
