BARNES HELD FOR

SELLING TO BOYS

CHARGES AGAINST SALOON KEEPER ARE FILED BY RALPH

HEMINGRAY — PROPRIETORS OF BILLIARD ROOMS TO RECEIVE

ATTENTION FROM POLICE.

Five charges against Victor Barnes, Barnes, alleging as many violations of the law, have been filed, and it is expected that as many more will be filed before the day is over. Thus far, this phase of the law has not been rigidly enforced.
