With Allowance of Divorce,

It isn't Mrs. David Cusick any longer, but Miss Sue Hemingray, according to a decree which has been entered in the Circuit court at Kokomo. where Mrs. Cusick was yesterday granted a decree of divorce and the restoration of her maiden name.

The suit was not contested, Cusick, who was in Muncie a few weeks ago, having indicated his purpose not to oppose his wife's petition, being content to allow her to secure a divorce. He entered a voluntary appearance, having waived the issuance of a summons. Failure to provide was the ground on which the complaint was based.

The marriage of Cusick and Miss Hemingray, which was performed in an Indianapolis hotel nearly two years ago after they had eloped from this city as Miss Hemingray was at the point of starting on a southern trip with her mother, was the subject of much interested gossip.

The separation occurred in the east some months ago, and since then Cusick and her mother, Mrs. Anna Hemingray, have been living quietly at Kokomo, Whether they will resume their old residence in this city is unknown.
