The St. Louis Electrical Exposition.

ST. LOUIS, September 5th, 1890. — Sixteen thousand people witnessed the opening of the second annual Electrical Exhibition, at St. Louis, on Wednesday evening, September 3d, and declared it an unqualified success. Some of the exhibits were very elaborately displayed, while others were delayed by reason of the inability to get them out of the perplexing tie-up on the railroads.
There are electric fountains and cascades, and all sorts of electrical novelties in profusion.
