WORKMEN OVERCOME
In Some of the Factories As Result
of Intense Heat.
The heat in various factories is said to be intense. Many of the workmen are not able to withstand the heat, especially in the Hemingray glass works, which has been in operation throughout the entire summer. At the Muncie wheel works the production shows a slight decrease daily, owing to the heat being very oppressive.
