CUSICK SUED FOR DIVORCE

IN KOKOMO AS PREDICTED

Efforts on the part of Kokomo friends to effect a reconciliation between Mr. and Mrs. David Cusick, formerly of Muncie, proved futile, and yesterday afternoon in the circuit court at Kokomo, Mrs. Cusick, who was Miss Sue Hemingray, of Muncie, filed an action for divorce.

Failure to provide is the ground on which the decree is asked, Mrs. Cusick alleging that although her husband is strong and well able to do so, he refused to work at anything except polo, which she classes as a transient employment, covering but a short portion of the year. A part of the time during her year and a half of married life she was obliged to use her own means for her support, she sets forth. When Cusick was in the city a few days ago he indicated that he would not contest the suit.
