WE had the pleasure yesterday of meeting our old friend J. D. Young, for many years employed as clerk on some of our best boats. He has left the river and is now one of the business managers of the Hemingray Glass Company of Cincinnati. His numerous friends will be pleased to know that he is in the enjoyment of excellent health, he is an honorable upright gentleman and is bound to succeed.
