TELEGRAPH NOTICE. — Persons residing in the city, and holding receipts for stock in the Cincinnati and St. Louis Telegraph Company, will please present them at my office, No. 5 East Third street, immediately. The line is finished to St. Louis, except crossing the Mississippi river, and that will be done in a few days. When completed, the company will be organized under their charter, and the stock will be issued as soon as the necessary notice can be given.                             J. H. WADE.
