SOUTHERN PORCELAIN MANUFACTURING COMPANY. — At a meeting of the Stockholders of the Southern Porcelain Manufacturing Company, held on the 19th of February, named Gentlemen were elected Directors for the ensuing year :

                         Hon. CHARLES J. JENKINS,

                         R. H. GARDEN, Jr.,

                         JOSEPH WHEELER,

                         WM. H. FRANAR [sic] FARRAR,

                         Dr. GEO. M. NEWTON.
